Who plays guitar and bass on "Leon Russell"?( originally released in 1970).
There are credits for engineer and producers but no musician credits on my "replacement" CD that I just received.(My original vinyl has "gone missing")

Thank you very much.

Leon's music has inspired my heart and soul. I have plans to record one of his songs and have it played when I pass from this world. I wish you love and happiness.

Dear Mr. Russell,

We are looking forward to your October concert at Wildwood Lodge with the anticipation of kids on Christmas morn. Your music still stirs the soul even though I've heard some of the songs hundreds of times. You truly are one of America's musical and entertainment treasures and we'll be there (assuming we can get tickets) clapping 'til our hands are red!!!

Best Wishes,

George & Madelyn

Leon Russell is a great musician and song writer. I saw him at The Alabama Jam in 1981
in Mobile. I have enjoyed his music and the great songs that other artists like Gary Lewis and The playboys have done in the 60's
and thank him for so many years of entertainment.

What can a guy say? LR taught me to play the piano and that white folks can, indeed, groove!

Thank you for the outstanding show last night at the Roseland Grill in Portland, Leon. And a big thanks to Teddy Jack for the great opening set. I especially liked "All Along the Borderline."
It was a pleasure to go to the show and not only enjoy the music, but meet the band. You all were wonderful to the fans.

I have followed Leon's music since I was a child in the 60's,right up until now with his most current releases and he is still as always, truly amazing ! It's hard to believe that another year has rolled by and the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame once again has overlooked one of the biggest bricks in the foundation of the history of rock'n'roll. I can't think of any other artist that has contributed more to the music industry in so many ways as an arranger, performer, songwriter, studio musician, solo recording artist, etc.

I looking for the Leon & Mary Russell Wedding Album recorded in the late 70's early 80's. Would you know if this is available on cassette or CD?
