I've loved your music for years! Saw you play the Rainbow Music Hall in Denver Colorado back in the mid 80s' and had a great time! I just checked out some videos of you with Elton John and the videos brought tears to my eyes. You inspired me to play music when I was young and you inspire me now to get back into playing. Leon, I saw you in 1973 (I think) at Grand Valley State College in Grand Rapids, MI. What a rocking, memorable show you and your whole crew put on! It was great. I'd love to see you up here in Seattle.... looking through your show record... wow, you get around, all over the bloody planet, 120+ shows a year! When do you get time for dinner? But the show records did show that you were in Seattle in 2007. Did the urbane, liberal, snottiness overwhelm you? Anyway, I'd like to see you again.

I have seen you in concert so many times I cannot count them all. From the Seventies all the way into this 21st Century, you and your band (bands) keep getting better each time. What happened to the Tommy LiPuma produced cd, Life's Journey???? In October the release date was pushed up to Feb. 26, 2013 and nothing, can't find it anywhere. Nor can I find a new release date. So looking forward to this album. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!!Leon , thank you for adding so much to the soundtrack of my life. Music City Roots with Hank Wilson just the best!!!
